Thank you to the parents and children for making the HSA Summer BBQ a success; it wouldn't have been possible without the help of the staff and members of the Home School Association. All money raised goes towards projects within school for the benefit of the children.
Our Year 4's have been away all this week at Astley Burf. They were swinging from the high ropes, clambering over the nets, whilst being seven meters in the air. They had trials for Robin Hood’s merry band, showing off their superb archery skills. Some of the children even managed to get to the top of the rock climbing tower, which was over ten meters tall! How amazing! They took part on team building exercises and have displayed the school values of bravery, self belief, kindness and most of all happiness. They will be tired tonight after 5 days of fun and learning.
Next week is our last full week in school, there is still plenty going on between now and the end of term so keep an eye out on the school calendar and apps.
